The right answer is The Murder Capital, discovered at our 2019 festival at their debut. In a maelstrom of abrasive guitars, high tension drums and a voice that takes you right to the edge, these heirs to Shame and Idles were already impressive just 10 days after releasing their first album When I Have Fears. Guided by the devastating energy of their charismatic leader, singer James McGovern, the feisty five-piece is stepping up with a second album, Gigi’s Recovery, released in January 2023. The fever is not going away, and that’s for the best.
