Who Are the Girls? asks the title of their 2020 debut album. They’re neither twins nor do they really come from a supernova (the name of their 2022 second album), but Nova Twins do look like they’ve come from another planet. Their music is as explosive as their look, in 2016 these London friends crash-landed into the rock galaxy with their eponymous killer debut EP, where singer and guitarist Amy Love battled with bassist Georgia South on their time-bomb songs. Since then, they’ve supported Skunk Anansie, Wolf Alice, Little Simz and even Enter Shikari, easily proving that the energy they have in the studio follows them on stage, a fusion of turbulent punk and unrestrainable grime.
