Pertinent and sincere, this Welsh 20-year-old has a lot to say about her generation, the millennials. In 2021 she went viral on TikTok with her feminist melancholic piano version of Aqua’s hit song Barbie Girl, garnering more than six million views. An extremely promising start that has rightly given her a lot of confidence. Primed, she’s put aside her phone to launch her studio and concert career. She’s back with her own original songs: Propaganda and Time of Your Life demonstrate her affinity for nineties imbued pop-punk, reminiscent of Green Day and Wolf Alice. Her debut release, Hell Is a Teenage Girl, is out since last April.
